Terms and Conditions of sale

Orders can be placed on-line using this website, by telephone or in person. All orders however placed will be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

Payment will generally be accepted using a credit or debit card, or by cash. Cheques cannot be accepted.

All payment methods may not be available for on-line ordering at all times. Those methods that are available will be clearly shown during the ordering process.

Where a delivery order is to be paid for on delivery then payment must be in cash. As delivery drivers only carry small amounts of cash only limited amounts of change can be given.

Cancellation

All orders are prepared specifically for the Customer. Once placed orders cannot be cancelled.

Returned Orders

Orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.

The Customer may refuse to accept the order only if the food collected or delivered is not as ordered, in which case Pizza Presto will replace that part of the order which is incorrect.

Delivery

Delivery is available to specific postcode areas and only when the order includes a pizza. An additional charge may apply for delivery to some areas. The postcodes to which delivery is available plus any additional charges are shown on the Delivery page of this website and during checkout.

While We will make reasonable efforts to ensure orders are delivered at approximately the time requested We cannot be responsible for late delivery however caused.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the correct address for delivery is supplied and that access to the premiss is available.

The Customer is also responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept the delivery and, where applicable, to pay for the order.

Where a link takes you to another site, these linked sites are not under the control of Pizza Presto and We cannot be responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.
